Capcom's text-based lawyer simulation game Phoenix Wright is getting a sequel titled Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney Justice for All. The first Phoenix Wright, released for Nintendo DS, did extremely well and has already almost acquired cult fame.

Justice for All is actually the fourth title in the series. In Japan the franchise is better known as Gyakuten Saiban, and has already spawned three GBA titles. The first Phoenix Wright game was the first game to be released outside of Japan and was a remake of Gyakuten Saiban 3.

The game will introduce some new gameplay mechanics to the series, such as the Psyche-Lock and a health meter. The Psyche-Lock represents the witness's resistance to your questioning. The health bar will go down as Phoenix presents incorrect evidence. Prying open the witness's Psyche-Lock will regain health.

The game is scheduled for a Q1 2007 release.
